Lucky Me

When people give me free stuff, I like to say "thank you." It's just the right thing to do.

Dear BasicGrey, thank you for sending me this cute stamp set in addition to the Kioshi supplies I mentioned earlier.

Thanks for this stamp set, too!

Dear Paper Crafts magazine and Cosmo Cricket, thanks for the Earth Love goodies...

I've wanted these rub-ons since I first saw them at my local craft store.

I'll use the sentiments inside these chipboard frames...the ones there on the bottom.

Last but not least, thanks to Moxie Fab World and Close to My Heart for these BOY papers. The patterns on the front sides of the papers really stand out, but I love the toned-down monochromatic patterns on the back sides.

Lucky Me - Again!

See these beauties? I won these sweet little brads in a Moxie Fab giveaway sponsored by BasicGrey. I can't take any credit for the win - my comment number was chosen at random. But I can't wait to make some spring projects using this darling pastel palette!

Here's a peak at some of the other crafty goodness headed my way.

Ribbon Doilies

Cozy Posies (That's a fancy name for chenille flowers.)

Rub-Ons

Writer's Block (Sticky note pads, memo pads, and die cuts. Hooray for cute Post-It notes!)

Acrylic Stamps. *swoon* I already see four card layouts begging for these. Must...Make...Time.

Stickers

And a sampling of the papers:

You can click here to see the full Kioshi line. Thanks, BasicGrey!

Lucky Me

I love waking up to an inbox full of happy news. :) Hop on over to Moxie Fab World and check out the latest contest winners. Recognize the wedding dress? Teehee.

I'm flattered and excited - Moxie Fab has terrific prizes! Can't wait to see what crafty goodness lands in my mailbox.

Hope you have something to smile about this morning too!

Lucky Me

Some fun freebies landed on my doorstep again! Check out what I get to play with, courtesy of Moxie Fab World.

Chipboard pieces and alphabet.

Love 'em! In fact, I love them so much that I'd already bought a mini deck to play with. (A mini deck is scrapbook lingo for a pack of papers that are the same patterns as the 12x12 papers, but scaled down to 6x6 - perfect for cards and other small projects.) See this card? Yep, same papers. But now I've got the whole collection to work with. :)

Thanks for indulging me. We all love free stuff, right?

Moxie Fab Winner

Guess what! This card was one of the challenge winners over at Moxie Fab World. I'm flattered. The other winners obviously took a long time creating each of their cards - I'm not quite sure how my card with rub-ons snuck in, but I'm sure happy about it. Plus Moxie Fab contests have prizes - tee hee! Can't wait to see what lands in my mailbox.

That's my happy news for the day. :) Hope you've got something good goin' on too!

Lucky Me

The giveaway gods are smiling down. One of my card challenge entries won a set of prizes from the i {heart} papers birthday bash. Plus my Ghoulies arrived, courtesy of Cards magazine. {doing the happy dance} Look what arrived on my doorstep.

This from Cards...

And this from i {heart} papers.

Here are some of my favorites. Halloween Ghoulies chipboard and dimensional stickers.

Brads with bling (though the gems are hard to see in the photo).

Glittery ghosts and cats. Look for these on next year's Halloween treat gift tags.

Soft, snuggly, timeless, you-just-gotta-touch-'em crochet flowers. I see these as the focal point of some sweet, feminine, simple cards.

A honkin' big chunk of chipboard. Card front? Done.

Cards to pack as happy surprises in the lunchbox? Done. Or maybe cards for the teacher.

And just in time for Christmas...rub-ons and ginormous chipboard. These will make a dozen cards, easily.

I'll have to think on these chipboard shoes and bags. We do have several girls Brighton likes to make cards for...

These Woolies are the reason I entered the card challenge contest in the first place. I {heart} felt!

Remember this card? Yep, that's the same little tree. At $5 a pack, I was thrilled to have more Woolie love.

Now I just have to find time to play with it all. :)

I Won Free Ghoulies!

I got some happy news today. Getting my daily craft fix, I popped onto the Cards blog and saw that I am the lucky winner of the cute Ghoulies collection from Helen Dardik!

Aren't those little kids adorable? Brighton's already requested a ghost card. I have family visiting this week, then I need to make Brighton's Halloween costume. But hopefully I can make time to play with my new freebies. Okay, really, I'm sure I'll play with these before I do the things I supposed to do, but that's only natural, right? I can't wait to see what's in the box!

Many thanks to the folks at Cards magazine and Creative Imaginations for making my day!
